I has joined City Security as a Officer in Special Duty Unit for more than 7 months successfully. Owing to the fruitful content of Special Duty Unit Program, I can take up the job smoothly and quickly.

City Security not only assigns me to work in various posts, but also offers me an opportunity to take “Security Officer Cadre Course” for further career advancement. I have achieved the outstanding result in the course which enriches me the knowledge of
security industry. I would like to thank the Company for the recognition of my performance and offering me the training opportunity.

Ms. Chan Wun Tai decided to have a new start in career after the closure of her former company in 2012. Having completed the course “Certificate in Security & Property Management”, Ms. Chan joined City Security as Security Guard stationing at the prestigious residence - Lake Silver in Wu Kai Sha.

Ms. Chan said that she faced a lot of difficulties in her new working environment initially. Fortunately, her supervisor and colleagues coached her patiently so that she could be familiar with her job duties. When there are new members being assigned to Lake Silver, she will take the initiative to guide them in order to help them adapt to the working environment as soon as possible.

As informed by Mr. Lui, the supervisor of Ms. Chan, she is a loyal and responsible staff. Owing to her humble, polite and sincere attitude, she works with her colleagues harmoniously. Her performance was recognized by her supervisor, colleagues and the residents of Lake Silver. She was voted as the “Best Employee” for several times and promoted to Customer Service Officer on 1 March 2013.

I am very pleased to join CITY family since 2015 and responsible for Retail Security Project. I often work with front-line employees and closely keep maintaining relationship with clients. Apart from learning by past working experience, also company provides sufficient support for me so that I can work comfortable on this. I have gained lots through comprehensive policies and training systems. During this working period, I fully concentrate on my work and award the Outstanding Employees in Occupational Safety and Health Award Scheme Company always launches gatherings regularly for all of us, so as to effectively enhance communication amongst us. I do hope to put my best effort for company in near future.

As I remember to join CITY in 2002 and just a Training Officer. Now, I have promoted to Director in 2015. CITY impresses me by its close relationship and seamless cooperation among officers and staff. Meanwhile, CITY also offers sufficient back-up support to the frontline staff, which definitely promote the working efficient of the team. My most challenging task given by CITY is to manage a security team of around 100 security guards in Kornhill, which is CITY's first sizable housing estate contract. In consecutive seven years, CITY also provided event guarding service for the 45th to 51th Hong Kong Brands and Products Expo. The trust I got from CITY as well as clients became the spiritual support for my work.
