Why I join City Security? I want to meet more challenges for my work. Nowadays, many competitors for security industry, the management of City Security dares to face the challenges and energetically to provide perfect services to clients. The Company also cares about staff career path and participation for the job.

I enjoy so much and have grown up together with CITY in the past 10 years. In fact, conducting security job in commercial market is so challenging to me who worked precisely only in military force before. The experience in garrison indeed helps me a lot especially in my current job. I feel satisfactory and energetic from “Security”.

I joined CITY in 2003. I was promoted from Senior Security Officer to today’s Assistant Operations Manager. When facing emergency, how to handle the case appropriately and promptly, keep close connection with our clients is really challenging that I can learn a lot from it. Besides, it is really my pleasure to have the great support from CITY and cooperate well with my colleagues. These enhance the efficiencies of the operation of my job. I believe I can do better and give as much contribution as possible to CITY in my future.

I was assigned to work in the MTL when I joined CITY on year 2001. Though I have previous experience in normal security services, security service in the terminal was very different. Apart from the basic knowledge about security, I was required to go through specific training about security operations of the terminal. During those days, I was glad to have the encouragement and support from the management team. Now, I have been promoted from security guard to security officer. Despite the increase in workload, I am given a lot more opportunities to learn— I was appointed to participate in the international port security training course organized by the depot that I am working in. I sincerely hope that I will continue to contribute to CITY in the future.

When entering CITY in 2002, I was just a Training Officer. Few years later, I was promoted to Senior Operations Manager. CITY impresses me by its close relationship and seamless cooperation among officers and staff. Meanwhile, CITY also offers sufficient back-up support to the frontline staff, which definitely promote the working efficient of the team. My most challenging task given by CITY is to manage a security team of around 100 security guards in Kornhill, which is CITY's first sizable housing estate contract. The trust I got from CITY as well as clients became the spiritual support for my work.

I joined CITY in 2004. Over the past few years, I have faced different challenges such as keeping a close cooperation with staff members of operations team, so that prompt supporting service can be offered to our clients. During those days, CITY gave me the greatest possible assistance and encouragement. After those challenges and experience, not only have I learned and grown a lot, but I am also confident that I will be able to proceed with CITY in the future.

CITY's management has absolute positive and proactive working attitude. I can see the clear company mission from their strict requirement of their subordinate, that is, to provide proficient and quality security service and position herself in a significant rank in the market. I am really proud to be a member of CITY and of course I shall pay all my effort to keep growing with CITY.
