Responsibilities: - Lead a security team to ensure the security service provided to clients up to their requirements - Supervise a team of staff to perform security duties including access control, visitor registration and patrolling etc. - Responsible for managing security guards, investigation and patrol teams, including schedule duty roster, monitor performance and conduct routine inspection - Ensure smooth operations of security system including fire alarms and emergency incidents handling - Ensure security operations in compliance with properties security / fire standards, policies & procedures, rules and regulations - Handle enquiries, complaints ad emergency incidents Requirements: - F.5 or DSE graduated - Minimum 5 years' experience in security service industry / disciplinary services with at least 2 years at senior supervisory level (experience gained in residential field is preferable) - Excellent leadership with practical knowledge and problem-solving skills - Self-motivation with professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude - Strong analytical mind with good communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge in MS Office - Good command of English and Cantonese - Willing to work on weekend & public holidays Fringe Benefit: - Medical Scheme - Annual Bonus - Uniform Laundry Subsidies - Annual Leave |
